White God is an upcoming 2015 Hungarian drama film directed by Kornél Mundruczó. It won the Prize Un Certain Regard at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. The dogs in the film were also awarded with the Palm Dog Award.
The film has been selected as the Hungarian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 87th Academy Awards. White Dog is scheduled to release on 27 March 2015 (USA).

The trailer for “White God” includes a scene in which 200 dogs escape from a kennel and run down a street in rebellion against their human captors.
Plot:
Thirteen-year-old Lili fights to protect her dog Hagen. She is devastated when her father eventually sets Hagen free on the streets. Still innocently believing love can conquer any difficulty, Lili sets out to find her dog and save him.
