Cake is a 2014 American drama film written by Patrick Tobin, directed by Daniel Barnz and starring Jennifer Aniston, Adriana Barraza, Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Anna Kendrick and Sam Worthington in the leading roles. It made its premiere in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival. Aniston will star as an acerbic woman who becomes fascinated by the suicide of another woman in her chronic pain support group. As she uncovers the details of the suicide, she also grapples with her own personal tragedy.

Plot:
The acerbic, hilarious CLAIRE SIMMONS becomes fascinated by the suicide of a woman in her chronic pain support group. As she uncovers the details of Nina's suicide and develops a poignant relationship with Nina's husband, she also grapples with her own, very raw personal tragedy.
Besides Jennifer Aniston, the film also stars Adriana Barraza, Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Anna Kendrick and Sam Worthington. Cake is scheduled to release on January 2015 (USA).
