Tak3n (also known as Taken 3) is an upcoming English-language French action thriller film directed by Olivier Megaton and written by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. It is the sequel to the 2012 film Taken 2 and the third and final installment in the Taken film series. The film stars Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen and Forest Whitaker.

Principal photography began on March 29, 2014 in Los Angeles. In the United States, 20th Century Fox will release the film on January 9, 2015.

Besides Liam Neeson, the film also stars Famke Janssen, Maggie Grace, Dougray Scott, Sam Spruell & Leland Orser.

Plot:

Ex-government operative Bryan Mills finds his life is shattered when he's falsely accused of a murder that hits close to home. As he's pursued by a savvy police inspector, Mills employs his particular set of skills to track the real killer and exact his unique brand of justice.

Shailene Woodley's Drama thriller "White Bird in a Blizzard" Gets a Thrilling New Clip 'Mom Vanishes'

White Bird in a Blizzard is an upcoming 2014 Drama thriller co-produced, written and directed by Gregg Araki. The film had its world premiere at 2014 Sundance Film Festival on January 20, 2014. The film stars Shailene Woodley as Kat Connor, Eva Green as Eve Connor, Christopher Meloni as Brock & Shiloh Fernandez as Phil.

On April 11, 2014 Magnolia Pictures acquired the US distribution rights to the film. The film is set to hit the theaters on 24 October 2014. (USA)

Plot:

"Kat Connor (Shailene Woodley) is very close to her mother, Eve (Eva Green). The two talk about everything and they have no secrets from each other. The buzz around director Vishal Bhardwaj’s film Haider has peaked with every day that brings the film’s release closer. Now, watch this soulful track ‘Gulon Mein Rang’ featuring Shahid Kapoor, Tabu and Shraddha Kapoor. 

Beautifully crooned by Arijit Singh, the song gives us a peek at the chemistry between Shahid and Tabu as son and mother. It depicts Shahid’s pain over losing his father, and Tabu’s heartache over turning a widow. It also shows a glimpse of Kay Kay Menon as the evil uncle, making his moves on Tabu.

You often hear actors describing their film as "special" to promote it. But Shahid Kapoor was so sure that Vishal Bhardwaj's Haider is indeed "special" that along with the filmmaker he too decided not to charge any money for the film so that neither the budget is overstretched nor the quality compromised.



Trailer Analysis:

The film is not going to be regular commercial romance which has universal appeal. The trailer promises excellent performances with unusual dark drama. Film is inspired from Shakespeare’s novel Hamlet so be assured for plot. The only thing which we can wish for is good and gripping narrative.

Star Value: Shahid Kapoor is a treat to watch in the trailer. He promises best ever performance from his side which can turn the tables around for dark genre films. Look at his expressions! Just Fab they are! The film may not be a huge grosser but it will be far more money spinner than other similar kind of films. Shraddha Kapoor gets herself out from her comfort zone and its good to see her in different space. Tabu is very good. Kay Kay Menon is also impressive. Irrfan Khan has a cameo in the film.

Music & Technical Aspects will be strong undoubtedly.

The naming of the film was inspired by the 2003-2004 Hollywood film series Kill Bill. The film is going to be directed by Shaad Ali.


Shaad Ali described Kill Dil as "a film about the tricks the heart plays on an unsuspecting victim of love. Ranveer is pukka for the male lead." There were reports that Deepika Padukone would be playing the female lead. However, it was later officially declared that Parineeti Chopra had signed to do that role. Govinda will be doing the role of the antagonist in this film. Ali Zafar will be playing the role of a Kanpuriya boy.
